Return Policy

Customer bears the responsibility of inspecting all merchandise before usage and/or washing to verify that the quantity, embellishment and merchandise is correct as ordered and is in good condition.

All return request must be made within 72 hours of receipt.

Without exception Embroidery Solutions will not assume responsibility after garments have been used or washed, nor for any garments that have been embroidered, imprinted or embellished in any fashion by another party.

Any embroidered, imprinted or embellished merchandise can’t be returned if the wrong size or color were ordered by the customer. In addition , Embroidery Solutions, will not accept any unwanted embellished merchandise.

Unclaimed or refused shipments will not be eligible for any refund and will be charged additional freight charges. Any order may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. After which one may still cancel the order, as long as the merchandise has not been embroidered or imprinted, but will incur a 25% restocking fee.

If the items have been embroidered and/or imprinted, customer cancellation request will no longer be accepted and the customer will be charged in full. Please allow 5-20 Business Days from receipt of approved returned merchandise, for credit to be issued.
